Free standard shipping on all US orders, on average 2 business days.
Free international shipping. To have nothing to pay on arrival, choose Duties and Taxes Prepaid at checkout. With the free option, import charges may be due on delivery.
International options at checkout:
- Standard International Duties Unpaid: free, 6 to 12 business days. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees may be due on delivery.
- Express International Duties Unpaid: $19.99, 1 to 5 business days. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees may be due on delivery.
- DHL International Standard: Duties and Taxes Prepaid. 6 to 14 business days, duties and taxes shown and paid at checkout.
- DHL International Express: Duties and Taxes Prepaid. 2 to 5 business days, duties and taxes shown and paid at checkout.
Import charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by Paul Rich. If a parcel is refused because import charges were not paid, it comes back to us and we refund the order minus shipping and return costs.

RETURNS
All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. For customers located outside USA the cost of the return equals the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA based or international customers. All returns must be posted by mail to our Texas warehouse located at:
1001 Nolen Drive, Suite 400 , Grapevine, TX 76051, United States.
If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.
We do not accept refunds for used products.
Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued.
Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.
