Refund policy

RETURNS

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. For customers located outside USA the cost equals the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA based or international customers. All returns must be posted by mail to our Texas warehouse located at:

1520 Luna Rd., #120, Carrollton, TX 75006, United Satetes.

If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.
