Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all US orders, on average 2 business days.

Free international shipping. To have nothing to pay on arrival, choose Duties and Taxes Prepaid at checkout. With the free option, import charges may be due on delivery.

International options at checkout:

• Standard International Duties Unpaid: free, 6 to 12 business days. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees may be due on delivery.
• Express International Duties Unpaid: $19.99, 1 to 5 business days. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees may be due on delivery.
• DHL International Standard: Duties and Taxes Prepaid. 6 to 14 business days, duties and taxes shown and paid at checkout.
• DHL International Express: Duties and Taxes Prepaid. 2 to 5 business days, duties and taxes shown and paid at checkout.

Import charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by Paul Rich. If a parcel is refused because import charges were not paid, it comes back to us and we refund the order minus shipping and return costs.
