    1. Our watches are generally large, even 42MM. However, due to the style of the watch you might consider a larger size than you usually wear.

    Quartz

    A quartz movement in a watch is a type of electronic movement that uses a small piece of quartz crystal to keep time. When an electrical current passes through the crystal, it vibrates at a consistent frequency, which regulates the timekeeping mechanism in the watch. This makes the seconds hand tick once per second in a smooth and continuous motion.

    Automatic

    An automatic movement, on the other hand, is a mechanical movement that is powered by the movement of the wearer's wrist. As the wrist moves, a rotor inside the watch spins and winds the mainspring of the watch, which powers the timekeeping mechanism. The seconds hand on an automatic watch moves in a sweeping motion, making multiple small ticks per second, rather than once per second like a quartz watch.

    RETURNS

    All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. For customers located outside USA the cost of the return equals the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA based or international customers. All returns must be posted by mail to our Texas warehouse located at:

    If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.

    We do not accept refunds for used products.

    Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued.

    Lapis lazuli is a semi-precious stone — mined, cut, and polished into the dial of every Frosted Star Dust II Lapis Nebula. Cobalt lazurite. White calcite veining. Gold pyrite flecks. Each dial is cut from a different fragment of stone, so no two are exactly alike. Across the face, applied crystal hour markers cut as baguettes catch the light. Bright crystal against deep cobalt. Set into Egyptian royal jewelry and reserved by Renaissance painters for sacred art — a stone valued for over 6,000 years.

    Swiss Movement

    A Swiss-made Ronda quartz caliber drives every Frosted Star Dust II Lapis Nebula. To be designated Swiss, the movement must be assembled in a Swiss-based factory, regulated and inspected in Switzerland, and meet the technical standards of the Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry. Quartz construction holds time within seconds per month and runs maintenance-free for years on a single battery.

    As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    The dial sits behind sapphire crystal, which protects it from skin contact, sweat, and dust during normal wear. Lapis lazuli is a natural stone — durable but not indestructible — so avoid hard impacts. The 5 ATM rating (no swimming, showering, or diving) keeps moisture from reaching the dial through the case seal.
    Yes, the lapis lazuli is a genuine semi-precious stone. Each dial is cut from a different piece, so the natural calcite veining and pyrite flecks vary from watch to watch — no two are exactly alike.
    Yes, the watchband is adjustable to better fit your wrist. Simply add or remove a few links from the watchband with the tool included in the watchbox.
    All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
