RETURNS

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. For customers located outside USA the cost of the return equals the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA based or international customers. All returns must be posted by mail to our Texas warehouse located at:

1001 Nolen Drive, Suite 400 , Grapevine, TX 76051, United States.

If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.

We do not accept refunds for used products.

Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued.

Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

The bezel features 152 lab-grown round brilliant diamonds totaling 1.20 carats, all graded Color D–F and Clarity VVS–VS, identical in optical quality to high-end fine jewelry.

Our diamonds are meticulously chosen to meet the highest standards across every rating category. They’re graded “D-F” in color for a crisp, colorless radiance that’s hard to match. Their “VVS-VS” clarity rating ensures that even under magnification, you’ll struggle to find any imperfections—just a pure, clean sparkle. The cut quality is “Excellent,” meaning the proportions, symmetry, and polish are top-tier, maximizing the light return and giving these diamonds their signature brilliance. Lastly, there’s no fluorescence, so the stones maintain their natural brightness under any light. Simply put, these diamonds are crafted to shine at their very best from every angle.

Yes. The bezel of the Diamond Astro Skeleton carries hand-set, lab-grown VVS diamonds. Each stone is a real diamond — identical in chemical composition, optical brilliance, and hardness to mined diamonds. The specs are clear: VS1–VS2 clarity, F–G color, EX cut, no fluorescence, totaling 1.182 carats. That means the same sparkle and fire you’d expect in fine jewelry, set with precision into every bezel.
At the moment we do not offer any customization.
As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Yes, the clasp can be adjusted to better fit your wrist circumference. Simply move it up or down by a notch or two.
All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
