Shipping for all orders above 50 USD within the USA is free and on average it takes 2 business days.


For international orders we offer the following shipping options:

  • international DDP Express (duties included) - (average shipping time 4-8 business days)
  • international DDP Standard (duties included) - (average shipping time 8-16 business days)

RETURNS

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. For customers located outside USA the cost of the return equals the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA based or international customers. All returns must be posted by mail to our Texas warehouse located at:

1001 Nolen Drive, Suite 400 , Grapevine, TX 76051, United States.


If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

You can wear Crystal Bay in and around water, but we do not recommend exposing any watch to hot water, saunas, or strong soaps, as these can damage gaskets over time.
At the moment we do not offer any customization.
As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Yes. Crystal Bay features a unidirectional rotating bezel that can be used to time activities such as parking meters, short workouts, or time in the water.
All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
