Cancellation policy

We do not sell subscriptions or try-before-you-buy items, and we do not take deposits. Pre-orders are paid at checkout, like any other order.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is a watch that is not yet in stock when you buy it. We ship it as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing help@paul-rich.com, and we will refund you in full. Once it has shipped, it can't be cancelled, and our Refund Policy applies.
