Paul Rich frequently asked questions

While a quartz movement gets its power from a battery, an automatic mechanical movement uses energy from the motion of a wearer’s wrist. Every time the watch moves, a rotor within the caliber spins and automatically winds the mainspring.

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. In order to initiate the return, please mail us at help@paul-rich.com. After the return is accepted we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed further.

We do not accept refunds for USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. 

If the watch has been worn, regardless of how long it was worn, the watch cannot be returned.

Please simply click on the red button “GET NOTIFIED BY EMAIL” below the watch specification on the product page. Next, please provide an e-mail address and click on the “Get notified” button. Once the watch will be back in stock, we will let you know.

Unfortunately we do not offer such possibility at the moment.

Shipping is free worldwide. For some countries, international expedited delivery costs additional 19.99 USD.
