The Information that we Collect, How we Collect it, and How we Use it

Personal data are processed by Paul Rich Group LLC., a limited liability company registered in Delaware, registration number 7063929, with office at 34 Boland Drive, West Orange, New Jersey, United States in order to use when necessary during your activity on our store. We collect information in two ways. First, we collect it automatically when you visit our websites or use our products and services. Second, we use it when you log in with your Facebook credentials through a Facebook or Instagram referral. 

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information you provide us such as your name, address, and email address. Additionally, when you complete a purchase with Paul Rich Group LLC, we share your submitted shipping address for shipping purposes only. 

When you browse our store we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. We never sell or present personal data to a third party. We may disclose your personal information only if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Data Storage

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data are stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data are stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

Paul Rich Group LLC does not store nor see any credit card information.

Security of Data

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Links to Other Websites

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Cookies

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them below so that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy may be changed at any time and the change becomes binding on a given date. Customers will be informed about changes to Privacy Policy by e-mail. If the customer does not consent to changes made he may quit using the platform.

The Seller undertakes the highest effort to assure that the terms and conditions of sale will form customers' rights and obligations in accordance with good practices and taking into consideration customers' interests. Clients should note that our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify Inc. provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Acceptance

The customer should familiarize himself or herself with Terms of use. During registration on the website www.paul-rich.com or when placing an order, the customer will be asked to accept the resolutions of Terms of Use by marking “X” in a checkbox.

Order Fulfillment 

Online store sells products on the Internet, using the website www.paul-rich.com, on which orders may be placed. The subject of order will be further called “the Product”. The catalogue of the products is located on the website https://us.paul-rich.com/collections/all.

Orders most often take between 3 and 10 business days to arrive at their destination. 

Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, orders can take in excess of 10 business days to arrive. The order is dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment has been made, unless the order is a pre-order. In case of delay, please contact us by sending an e-mail on e-mail address: support@paul-rich.com.

Age Verification

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Terms of Payment

We use PayPal and Shopify Payments to process payments, so our staff is unable to see your payment details. PayPal is the world's largest and most secure payment provider. We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you have a PayPal account, but you are having problems with sending money or logging into PayPal, please contact PayPal customer service. We don’t accept the service for cash on delivery (COD). We process orders in any currency.

Sales, Custom and Value-added taxes

In an effort to remain compliant with respective consumer legislations, we strongly encourage our end customers to maintain good standing with respect to customs and value-added taxes, where applicable. Due to separate and applicable tax jurisdictions, the end customers’ purchases may be subject to specific sales, customs or value-added taxes, and the shipping time and associated cost may increase.

Cancellation of orders

If you wish to cancel your order and thus receive a refund, contact us with regards to your refund request. 


Starting October 13, 2020 all pre-orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
Allow up to 15 business days from date of request for full refund to be processed. The time for the refund to be processed depends on your bank."


Prices

Prices of products are in USD only and are gross prices. Prices located near products do not contain information about shipping costs, unless the delivery is indicated as “free shipping”. The total order cost is presented in clear and explicit way during review, after the choice of payment and delivery had been made. Before choosing a delivery option, the customer can check delivery costs at www.paul-rich.com/shipping. 

Refunds and Returns

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. 

If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept refunds of USED products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. 

If the watch has been worn, regardless of how long it was worn, the watch cannot be returned.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS INCLUDING FOIL AND TAGS WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To return an item for free please follow this procedure:

1. Email support@paul-rich.com and provide your order number as well as specify the items you want to return. 

2. After we have confirmed your request please re-pack the item in its original condition with labels and tags still attached. Please attach our free pre-paid return label to the box.

3. Call the courier indicated on the free pre-paid return label (UPS, DHL, USPS or Fedex - depending on your location) and schedule item pickup. You can also send your package yourself to Simple Global Customer Service c/o Paul Rich Group Llc., 620 Centerpoint Blvd., New Castle, Delaware,19720, United Sates. 

All domestic and international returns are free if sent with our pre-paid return label.

4. Retain your proof of shipment and wait until the package reaches our support warehouse in Delaware. Once the package has been received the return still has to be processed. Received return DOES NOT mean processed. It may take several business days to process the return.

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Paul Rich Group LLC. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Paul Rich Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

 

  1. PRE ORDER REGISTRATION

When placing a Pre-Order for the Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Company shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to support@paul-rich.com

  1. PAYMENT

You will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your placing of a pre­order constitutes your express agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility.

  1. SHIPPING

Products are expected to be ready to ship at the date provided on the product page during placing your order, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.  As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Paul Rich Grup LLC is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company.  Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.

  1. CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order and thus receive a refund, contact us with regards to your refund request.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PRODUCT, ITS DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES ARE CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND THAT THE PRODUCT THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE BY YOU MAY BE MATERIALLY DIFFERENTLY FROM THE PROTOTYPE PRODUCT. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE FINAL VERSION OF THE PRODUCT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE TO CANCEL YOUR PRE-ORDER AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 4 ABOVE.

    1. Changes to the Terms

    Paul Rich Group LLC reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any material changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel your reservation as described in Section 4 above.


    Comments and reviews

    The customers may post comments and reviews on our website:
    us.paul-rich.com. Illegal content should not be posted in comments and reviews. In such cases, we reserve the right to delete unlawful or illegal comments and reviews. 

    Protection of Personal Data

    When registering on the website us.paul-rich.com or when placing an order, the customer is required to make available personal data such as: name and surname, delivery address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Above data is processed by us only to finalize the order, among others to inform the client about the status of the order or to get the client’s opinion about his satisfaction with the delivered order. Payments are returned automatically to the card used during purchase. The customer may consent to processing of his personal data for purposes other than order realization, such as marketing purposes or subscribing to our newsletter.

    Customer Care

    Online store us.paul-rich.com uses cookies in order to implement a high level of security as well as ensure a high level of customer service. The customer can personally and at any time change the settings concerning cookies – set the conditions of storage and receiving the access of cookies files to his device by using the settings of his internet browser or by using the configuration of a service tool.

    Complaints concerning the functionality of our website, comments or reports which break the rules of this Terms of Use should be e-mailed to support@paul-rich.com. The administrator will respond to all complaints sent by e-mail or letter. The answer will be sent within 14 days since the receipt of the complaint to the address indicated in the complaint.

    Termination of the Agreement

    Both sides have the right to terminate the agreement concerning internet services, which is regulated in this Terms of Use, preserving the term of termination of 30 days. The declaration of termination of the agreement should be sent by e-mail. The client is obliged to send such termination to the e-mail address: support@paul-rich.com. The seller is obliged to send such termination on the e-mail address of the client. The order placed before the termination of the agreement is fulfilled under the conditions regulated by this Terms of use.

    Changes of the Terms of use

    Customers will be informed about changes to the Terms of Use by e-mail at least 14 days before the change together with a request to accept the new regulations of Terms of Use.
