The main difference between these dials is their color and pattern. Our blue aventurine dials sparkle. Lapis lazuli is blue with gold-colored flecks. Tiger’s eye has brown and golden bands that appear lighter or darker as you turn the watch.

Aventurine: the signature of Star Dust
Aventurine has been a Paul Rich signature since 2017. Across the deep blue surface of a Star Dust dial, flashes of light resemble stars against the night sky.
Blue is the classic Star Dust look. Our range also includes rare green aventurine dials and red aventurine dials, bringing the same starry sparkle to different colors.
Very rare black aventurine gives our Void watches their dark, starry dial. Against that black background, the sparkle resembles distant stars in deep space.

Lapis lazuli: from pharaohs to Lapis Nebula
Egyptian pharaohs wore lapis lazuli in their jewelry. It was also used in Tutankhamun’s burial mask. Renaissance painters later ground it into ultramarine, a blue pigment prized for sacred art. In Lapis Nebula, that same stone becomes the dial of your watch.
Each dial is cut from its own piece of genuine lapis lazuli. Gold-colored pyrite flecks and pale calcite veins form a different pattern in every watch. Our signature frosted case and bracelet frame the stone.

Tiger’s eye: born with stripes
Tiger Flare pairs genuine tiger’s eye with our signature frosted case. Golden stripes and dark seams cross the dial. As you turn your wrist, a bright band sweeps across the stone, like a tiger’s eye catching the light.
This moving band of light is called chatoyancy. It comes from the stone’s internal structure. Every dial is cut from a different piece of tiger’s eye, so every Tiger Flare has its own pattern of stripes.
