Returns

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• We offer free returns for customers based in the USA.
• For customers located outside the USA, the cost of the return equals the actual cost of return shipping.
• We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA-based or international customers.

All returns must be posted by mail to our Texas warehouse located at:

Returns sent after the 30-day period will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Watches that have been worn, for any length of time, cannot be returned. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including the protective foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, or because it was refused or not collected, we may deduct the shipping and return costs from your refund. This includes parcels refused because import charges were not paid.

Order cancellations

To cancel an order and receive a refund, email help@paul-rich.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, it can't be stopped, and the return rules above apply.
