Case diameter

1. Our watches are generally large, even 42MM. However, due to the style of the watch you might consider a larger size than you usually wear.

2. The 45MM case watches are 12MM thic whereas 42MM case watches are 11MM thick.

Band width

3. The 45MM case watches have 20MM wide watch bands whereas 42MM case watches have 18MM wide watch bands.

Band type

4. Watches with a steel bracelet are heavier than with a leather watch band by 90 gram.

Quartz

Quartz watches are battery powered. We use Swiss-made Quartz Ronda 763 movement. The seconds hand of a quartz watch "ticks". Essentially every one second equals one "tick."

Cosmic Dust Silver movement

Our quartz watch batteries last on average 2 years until a battery replacement is necessary. The case back features a custom design inspired by the cosmos.

RETURNS

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. For customers located outside USAΒ the cost of the return equals the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA based or international customers. All returns must be posted by mail to our Texas warehouse located at:

If the customer refuses the package atΒ deliveryΒ we may charge a return shipping fee.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

I love space and was captivated by the dial! The hidden clasp band makes the watch very sleek and appealing. It had been very difficult to find a nice watch the represented space in a classy and subtle way. Overall I have absolutely loved this watch.

The redesigned bracelet structure is split into two sections. The outer one, which is directly connected to the case, is responsible for holding the entire structure together. The second one fills up the rest of the space. Its trapezoidal shape and our 4-element division combine organically with the bezel.

At the moment we do not offer separate watchbands for the Elements and Cosmic collections.
Yes, all watchbands are adjustable to better fit your wrist. Simply add or remove a few links from the watchband.
At the moment we do not offer any customization.
As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.
All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
