At the moment we do not offer any customization.

Do you offer exchanges?

As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Is the aventurine real?

Yes, the aventurine stone we use for the dial is genuine. Each dial is unique.

Is the watchband adjustable?

Yes, the clasp can be adjusted to better fit your wrist circumeference. Simply move it up or down by a notch or two.

Is there any warranty?

All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
