RETURNS

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. For customers located outside USA the cost of the return equals the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA based or international customers. All returns must be posted by mail to our Texas warehouse located at:

1520 Luna Rd., #120, Carrollton, TX 75006, United States.

If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

Arabic Numerals

During the Islamic Golden Age Arab scholars made significant advancements in astronomy and precise timekeeping, which greatly influenced modern watchmaking. These distinctive Arabic numerals, originating from the Hindu-Arabic numeral system, have adorned astronomical instruments, astrolabes, and early time-telling devices crafted by renowned Arab pioneers. The numeral's graceful curves and flowing forms evoke a sense of motion, reminiscent of the cosmic dance of celestial bodies meticulously charted by ancient Arab stargazers.

Swiss Movement

All our Star Dust watches come equipped with a Swiss movement. To be deemed such, the entire caliber must be assembled in a Swiss-based factory and must be inspected in Switzerland. Additionally, the Swiss manufactured components must account for at least 60% of the total value before assembly. There are a variety of “stamps” that flag a watch as having a Swiss movement, including Swiss quartz, Swiss, or Swiss Movement which we use.
