As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Yes, the watchband is adjustable to better fit your wrist. Simply add or remove a few links from the watchband.
All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
