It’s a beautiful watch but I have to my husband for a valentines gift and he was wearing it and the strap broke off and fell on the ground so im not sure how stable the watch is sadly but I do love these watches

As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
