I bought this watch during black Friday discount on 3rd of December and I received it on 17th December but yeah I live in Thailand so it would take time to ship for sure. When I open the box all my excitement was gone whrn I found out that the watch was so sexy yet not working. But the response to my email was lighting fast and recommended to change the battery. It worked fine once I got the new battery and they even reimburse the money spent on battery. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't comment on thr durability but I have a 10 years old timex and still looks sleek and works well so it's also how you take care of it. Ever since I have it I have been wearing it and posing with it in every photoshoot. I even forgot my other watches. Great watch by Paul rich

There was an issue on the delivery as there were no updates and prompt tracking on the parcel. But nonetheless i contacted the team through facebook and had a quick chat. They assured me of my parcel arriving and asked me to wait patiently. I did and when the item arrive i was very satisfied as the product quality was top notch and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Id recommend it to anyone living in singapore to buy their product

RETURNS
All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns in USA only. If you ship your intended return after the 30 day return period the item(s) will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. We do not accept refunds of used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.
