Shipping for all orders above 50 USD within the USA is free and on average it takes 2 business days.
For international orders we offer the following shipping options:

- international DDP Express (duties included) - (average shipping time 4-8 business days)
- international DDP Standard (duties included) - (average shipping time 8-16 business days)

RETURNS
All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. Return costs for international customers with purchased "Shipping protection" will be reimbursed.
If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.
We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

A close look at it reveals a lovely piece, but it just didn't BLING for me like it did in the pictures online. I only buy expensive, exotic watches and this was a little disappointing for me, at first. The more I look at it the more I'm coming around to liking it more. The thing that disappoints me most is the cheap looking band... It makes the head look mismatched because it goes from OOOHHH to oh...
