RETURNS

All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. Return costs for international customers with purchased "Shipping protection" will be reimbursed.

If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

This watch is clean AF. Looks like a Hublot or AP. Size is nice and big but not obnoxious. Liked mine so much I bought one for my brother for Xmas.

Great but not perfect like expected

The watch looks really good, but...a few things let it down, the fastening clasp was slightly oxidized when I recieved it, and also the movement is abit unstable when ticking at times. The brand is on the right path but maybe it would be a good idea not to increase the prices so soon, also offering a decent return customer discount would be great? Whilst I was looking forward to pre ordering the full stainless rose gold counter part of my Ambassador Rose, I'm not sure I am so happy to pay 239 anymore, it just seems abit too expensive compared to what else is availible in the market at the moment.

Can the watch be customized?

At the moment we do not offer any customization.

Do you offer exchanges?

As long as you did not remove any protective foils you may exchange your watch within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Is there any warranty?

All our watches are protected under limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, please contact us at help@paul-rich.com with photos or videos depicting the flaw.
